    If so, we have a daytime general maintenance worker position (40 hours per week) to offer you.

    We offer a competitive salary according to experience, as well as a range of benefits following the probationary period. We are located in Lachine in a location accessible by public transport and major highways.

    The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    Salary between $22 up to $26/hour

    Your role will be to ensure, among other things, the maintenance of the building and equipment, to perform certain janitorial tasks. In addition, you may be required to assist your colleagues from various departments of the company.

    Resourceful and autonomous;
    Who is structured and organized in her work;

    With careful personal hygiene;
    Able to learn quickly and adapt to the unexpected.

    Responsibilities
    Assist with general maintenance tasks such as: plastering, painting, lighting, monitoring heating and ventilation systems etc.
    Able to dispose of garbage and recycling materials as required
    Snow removal and salting -deicing in the winter

    Qualifications

    Work experience in renovation, building maintenance or related work;
    Hold a valid driver's license;
    Be in good physical shape;
    Do not be afraid of heights;
    Forklift card (asset);
    Languages ​​spoken: French (essential) and intermediate English.
