Shift pattern will be 6pm-3am, 11am-7pm mid-week, and 9-5 at weekends - MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND ABLE TO WORK ANY OF THESE SHIFTS.
The ideal candidate should:
- have some exposure to a Distribution Centre environment, or similar (Amazon/Airport)
- be a strong team player
- be dedicated, hard-working, and above all eager to learn
Below you will find some further info on the hardware - any additional experience supporting WMS or RFID type devices is a nice to have, but not essential.
Printers:
Calibration
Replacing belts and print heads
Clean printer heads
Re-aligning brackets
Clear paper jams
Tighten paper roll
Confirm settings provided by hardware team
Swap out printers (the hardware team will have a few set up in rotation and can further troubleshoot the next morning)
Devices:
Collect and document damaged/non-functional devices to be actioned by hardware team the next morning
Candidates do not need to be extremely technical. Strong team players that are able to work the shifts required along with some technical experience.
