Responsibilities
As an Heavy Equipment Shop Lead in Ottawa, a normal day would include:
• Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Support team with troubleshooting and repairs as needed
• Work with various departments to ensure inventory and work orders are completed
• Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are followed
• Work overtime, weekends and on-call when needed
Qualifications
Who is the perfect match for this position?
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Shop Lead
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Own basic tools for the trade
• Clean driving abstract
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
