    We are currently looking for hard-working individuals who enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, performing physically demanding tasks such as using an impact gun and setting up/tearing down metal molds.

    This position is located in South Whitby and could start a.s.a.p. This is a contract to permanent position for the right candidate.

    You will be working a straight day shift - Monday to Friday - NO WEEKENDS - 10 AM-6:30 PM - The rate of pay is $23.84 per hour to start. To be considered for this role candidates need to clear a basic criminal record check.

    Responsibilities
    What you will be doing:

    -Working in a manufacturing environment (hot/dirty)
    -Using an impact gun to remove casings off large items
    -Working as an integral part of the production line
    -Working as part of a team as well as independently on the line

    Qualifications
    The ideal candidate should have:

    -Experience in a shop or manufacturing environment
    -Used hand and power tools (drills, impact guns) in the past
    -No problem working in hot and dirty environments
    -MUST BE ABLE to provide a clear criminal record
    -An excellent work ethic and attendance record at previous jobs
    -Must be capable of moving up to 50lbs
    -Be able to clear a basic criminal check
