Responsibilities
-supporting the Head of Risk and Risk Manager with the following workflows:
-processing raw data from the helpdesk portal
-flagging fraudulent transactions and responding to helpdesk tickets accordingly
-reviewing applications from customers and processing them accordingly
-contacting banks to validate payments
-providing ad hoc project support
Qualifications
-university degree
-excellent working proficiency with computers and various social media platforms is a MUST
-experience working with Mac OS and applications like Evernote is PREFERRED
-experience working in a venture capital firm is PREFERRED
-excellent verbal and written communication skills
-excellent multitasking ability with impeccable attention to detail
-strong organizational skills and ability to work after hours to support the business needs
-proactive with a ‘can-do attitude’
-flexibility to work off hours and on the weekends
