Responsibilities
As a helpdesk agent, you will be responsible for:
•Offer remote support, by phone and email, to the company's users
•Diagnose and resolve Level 1 issues at the infrastructure level
•Install, configure, maintain, and enhance workstations, printers, and other peripherals
•Collaborate on Help Desk projects and tasks
•Keeping the knowledge bank up to date
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will need to possess the following skills:
•AEC or DEP in Computer Science, or equivalent
•Relevant experience in customer service and/or IT support
•Knowledge of Office Suite, Active Directory and M365
•Knowledge of network principles (TCP/IP, VPN, etc.)
•Customer service oriented
•Bilingual (French and English impeccable both orally and in writing)
