In this role, you would be responsible for the overall efficiency and smooth operations of the office! We are looking for professionals with office services, and hospitality experience for a full-time 2 months contract position, with a high possibility of extension.
Ideal candidates will have 1 to 2 years of working service in hospitality in an office environment.

Responsibilities
Assist with meeting preparations, office set up, kitchen duties & food delivery
Providing catering services to clients and stakeholders
Assisting with kitchen stock maintenance
Assist with office services email, when required
Manage mailroom, if needed
Occasionally the reception area
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-High school diploma or GED or Equivalent combination of education and experience
-Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in hospitality, preferably
-High level of customer service experience required
-Proficiency with MS Office Suite like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of urgency
-Represent a professional and engaging demeanour when conducting business and communication
-Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively to third-party vendors and stakeholders
-Food safety certification or in the progress of being certified is considered an asset.
