Randstad is now looking for a HR Admin Assistant for a technology company close to downtown Victoria.

**** This is a temporary position for about 3 months *****

Duties and Responsibilities

• Administrate payroll
• Create and update employees documentation in Ceridian
• Update and administrate company benefits plan
• Provide & verify information for HR related payments
• Scan employee files
• Maintain employee documentation

Requirements

• 1-2 two years experiences in HR
• Good attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Must be flexible
