HR and Talent Management Intern

te will work alongside one of our experienced Account Managers to support one of our clients in the retail industry, located in Delta BC. The successful student will be actively engaged in identifying talent to ensure client and job fit while promoting and acting at all times in a manner consistent with Randstad’s core values: “to know, to serve, to trust”, “the simultaneous promotion of all interests”, and “striving for perfection”.

This is an ONSITE opportunity for a student who is currently enrolled in a program which requires the completion of a coop placement. Responsibilities
As a HR and Talent Management Intern, you will be responsible for:
> Engaging in full cycle end-to-end recruitment
> Identifying and sourcing candidates through a network of resources
> Working closely with your team to ensure that the “right candidates” are delivered on time and meet client quality and value expectations
> Maintaining the business relationship/partnership with the client
> Navigating various spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Office suite
> Interact with talent and actively participate in employee engagement activities

Qualifications
To be considered for the HR and Talent Management Intern position, you must be:
* Currently enrolled in a Human Resource or Business Management program which requires a coop placement
* Able to work onsite (Delta, BC)
* Eligible to work during the period April 1 - June 30, 2023
* Flexible and adaptable
* An excellent communicator and problem-solver


Summary
This opportunity is ideally for the customer centric student who enjoys interacting with people and engaging in career matching discussions. The Ideal student MUST be required to complete a coop placement in fulfilment of a degree or post graduate program.
