Responsibilities
As an Onsite Talent Management Intern, you will be responsible for:
> Interacting with talent and client representative on a daily basis
> Engaging in full cycle recruitment activities (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
> Completing various reports and documents regarding talent engagement
> Working closely with your team to ensure that the “right candidates” are delivered on time and meet client quality and value expectations
> Maintaining the business relationship/partnership with the client
> Navigating various spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Office suite
> Interact with talent and actively participate in employee engagement activities
Qualifications
To be considered for the Onsite Talent Management Intern position, you must be:
* Currently enrolled in a Human Resource or Business Management program which requires a coop placement
* Able to work onsite (Laval, QC)
* Eligible to work during the period May - August, 2023
* Flexible and adaptable
* An excellent communicator and problem-solver
* Someone who enjoys interacting with people
Summary
This opportunity is ideally for the customer centric student who enjoys interacting with people and engaging in career matching discussions. The Ideal student MUST be required to complete a co-op placement in fulfillment of a degree or postgraduate program.
