HR Business Solutions Advisor

The HR Business Solutions team oversees the maintenance of existing services, and helps roll out new programs and functions. The team is a driving force behind continuous improvement and efficiency for global processes, and managing the relationships with our stakeholders.

The HR Business Solution Advisor is accountable for providing oversight for global solutions on configuration, production management, investigating, and developing solutions for complex business issues and system enhancements. The successful candidate will be the global subject matter expert and liaison for the divisional and functional representatives. You will build new functional configurations based on the business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
o Program delivery for core HCM, payroll, time tracking, absence management, and compensation.
o Provide expert insight for HCM product suite with good knowledge of design, configuration, testing and implementation
o Enhancement implementations from HR and IT
o Day-to-day defect resolution

Qualifications
o Experience working with Workday
o Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management Information System, or related field
o Knowledge and experience within core HCM, payroll, absence management, or compensation
o Proven ability to work independently while building, managing, and fostering a team-oriented environment
o Able to identify process improvements, manage issues, and resolve roadblocks independently
