• Manage and process time and payroll data accurately within SAP and Workday.
• Utilize ServiceNow to manage and resolve system and process-related inquiries.
• Interpret and apply provisions from employment policies, privacy laws, and agreements.
• Analyze complex data to isolate discrepancies, identify root causes, and find solutions.
• Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with both union and non-union employment practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address and resolve payroll issues.
Qualifications
• Mandatory, hands-on professional experience with SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated experience in a role focused on payroll, time analysis, or a similar function.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong ability to read, understand, and apply complex policies and agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
