Attention students!

We are seeking bright, energetic students to work alongside us at Randstad Inhouse Services. We sit on site with an automotive client and manage the on boarding and development of employees. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the business and human resources field.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Schedule: Monday - Friday (flexible)

Pay rate: This is an unpaid coop position

What I Do On A Daily Basis:
- sit on site with our client
- build candidate relationships
- assist onsite managers.
- screen and interview candidates
- evaluate candidate strengths
- source candidates that meet clients' needs
- assist with payroll and health & safety
