    Our client, a leading company in the food industry is currently looking for an HR coordinator to complete its team at the Vaudreuil-Dorion office. If you are looking for a new challenge, you have at least 1-3 year of experience in a similar role and you are ready to learn and evolve, this position is for you!

    Responsibilities
    In the position of Human Resources Coordinator here is what a typical day would look like:
    - Dealing with work accident cases
    - Support the HR team with CNESST claims
    - Take care of quarterly SST meetings
    - Update company protocols and procedures and employee handbook
    - Ensure that all records are maintained and in accordance with Quebec Public Health and safety regulations.
    - Be the resource person for employees (answer their questions about vacation, payroll, absences, among others);
    - Contribute to a harmonious work environment
    - Assist team members when needed


    Qualifications
    You must have the following qualifications:
    - Have good interpersonal skills;
    - 1-3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources (salary varies accordingly);
    - Be 100% bilingual (French and English) both orally and in writing;
