Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for a Data Entry Officer to support the HR department for a 4 month contract in Markham! If you are a new grad from an HR related program and have previous data entry experience this is the role for you!

Pay Rate: $18.26/hr
Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 PM

As an HR Data Entry Officer your main job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle simple and complex HR activities related such as onboarding and offboarding, HR processing, coordination and program administration within established procedures
- Answer large volume of emails
- Collect and analyze data to identify first level business issues and report high risk issues to the manager as appropriate to ensure a high level of service is maintained
- Liaise with partners to respond to questions and concerns as per the Customer Service Standards and Customer Experience Model in an effective and timely manner
