    Position: Human Resources Generalist
    Location: Pointe-Claire
    Position Type: Permanent; full time (37.5h/week)
    Hybrid position: 2 days in-office and 3 days in remote work
    Salary: $65 000-$70 000/annually

    Responsibilities
    Your responsibilities for this role will include:

    - Perform the full cycle of recruitment from the taking of needs to the reception and integration
    - Management of group insurance and benefits files;
    - Answering questions from employees;
    - Being the HR contact person for all employees;
    - Advise and play an advisory role with managers and be a resource person;
    - Work with the laws of the company and see if there is no modification to be made;
    - Play an advisory role with managers in all matters relating to remuneration
    - Perform labour relations: Conflict management and more
    - Support the human resources team in their daily tasks
    - And more;

    Qualifications
    - Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources;
    - Intermediate English (oral and written);
    - Great capacity for mutual aid and collaboration;
    - Solutions-oriented;
    - Good communication;
    - Good adaptation capacity.
