The HR manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the HR operations, from recruitment to policies and procedures. In addition, you’ll work with the leadership team to align HR practices with the company values while attracting and retaining top talent to support business growth.

Responsibilities
In this HR Manager role in Toronto, you will have the following responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and mission.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job descriptions, posting openings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Foster positive employee relations, resolving issues, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
Oversee performance management, including goal setting, evaluations, coaching, and feedback.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, conduct salary surveys, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
In this HR Manager role in Toronto, you need the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the tech space or a fast-paced startup environment.
