- Recruitment, Labour Relations, Coaching, Research/Analysis
- Organizational Development and Process Implementation
- Training and Development
- Labour and employee relations
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous HR Management experience required (5+ years)
- Deep understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work well independently
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to keep confidential information confidential
- Strong understanding of MS Office and HRIS software
