Responsibilities
- Develop job postings and post jobs on company website and external job boards (unbranded/branded)
- Proactively source talent and build talent pipelines
- Lead and facilitate recruitment process (sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, making and negotiating offers)
- Conduct high volume Interviews and assess candidates in partnership with hiring panels
- Responsible for candidate scheduling, stage transitions and pipeline management
- Leverage the Application Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all candidate data is captured in the ATS
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with high volume recruitment
- Recruitment within the blue-collar industry preferred
- LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS experience is an asset
- Motivated individual with a willingness to learn
- Can-do attitude
