    YOUR ROLE AS AN HR TECHNICIAN:
    Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, the HR Technician is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department. His/her main responsibilities are to manage health and invalidity files as well as CNESST files.

    Responsibilities
    •Follow up on CNESST and disability files;
    •Participate in accident investigations;
    •Perform all tasks related to training to meet the requirements of Bill 90 (accounting for hours, keeping files up to date, improving the process, responding to requests from auditors);
    •Coordinate the recognition program;
    •Provide advice to employees regarding HR services (group insurance, group RRSPs, health support services (PAE, Teladoc, etc.), social activities, job openings, etc.;)
    •Take charge of certain administrative tasks for the human resources department;
    •Write and post press releases;
    •Support the HR team at the KPI level;
    •Chair the francization program with the OQLF;
    •Coordinate status and salary changes in the HRIS (Dayforce);
    •Take charge of the coordination and modifications of employee files;
    •Support the other members of the department during major changes in personnel (massive hiring or layoff).

    Qualifications
    •DEC or AEC in office automation, administration or other equivalent training in a related discipline;
    •2 years of experience in human resources and disability file management (CNESST);
    •Good knowledge of IT and the Microsoft suite;
    •Knowledge and experience with the DayForce HRIS (an asset);
    •Oral and written bilingualism (French and English).
