If you have sound judgment, great time management skills mixed with the ability to work as part of an ever-growing team, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities●Assisting in the development and implementation of a Food Safety Plan including HACCP, Preventive Controls and Standard Operating Procedures under the direct supervision of the Food Safety and Quality Manager. ●Coordinates activities of HACCP team; performs HACCP verification activities as per established frequencies; validates HACCP system; maintains and updates HACCP system as changes are made.●Train/ensure operations staff are trained in accordance with SOP’s and HACCP requirements.●Ensuring compliance with CFIA, Health Canada and other relevant regulatory programs.
