Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
- Drive health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe workplace
- Support employee training and development, maintaining a skilled and engaged workforce
- Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that align with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; CHRP/L certification preferred
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, health and safety regulations, and HR best practices
- Proven ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
