Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional employee services, facilitate problem-solving, manage information, and offer timely employment-related information.
- Support, mentor, coach, and train direct reports to maintain top customer service and productivity.
- Assist in planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring company-wide total wellbeing initiatives. Participate in HR program development aligned with employee and company needs.
- Compile HR metrics, analyze trends, and make recommendations for management review.
- Conduct research, review best practices, and suggest changes to HR practices, policies, and processes. Perform internal audits and collaborate with HR team for compliance with legislative requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must have a good knowledge of provincial regulations.
- Strong computer skills in windows applications.
- Strong interpersonal communications skills.
- CHRP is an asset
