Responsibilities
Human resources management (vacation and holiday management)
Administrative support
Management and follow-up of inventories
Management and preparation of departmental documentation
Follow-up and communication with the different departments
Qualifications
3 years of similar experience
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
Excellent organizational skills
Mastery of the Microsoft suite including Excel
Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and meticulous.
