Responsibilities
- Participate in the recruitment process by writing job descriptions, screening applications and schedule job interviews;
- Ensure the integration of new employees by providing them with all the necessary information about the company and their respective roles;
- Maintain up-to-date records, including employment contracts and personal information;
- Manage the benefits programs;
- Be a key point of contact for employees by offering direct support and to guide them in all their relevant steps.;
- Assist and participate in performance management by tracking organizational goals and working closely with managers;
- Be part of various HR projects.
Qualifications
- Beginner level for an entry-level position in HR
- Bachelor's degree/Certificate in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in sales or education would be an asset
- Advanced level in English
