    Position: Human Resources Coordinator
    Location: Lachine
    Duration: Permanent
    Mode: Hybrid (2 days in office & 3 days in remote work)

    Responsibilities
    As Human Resources Coordinator, your role will be:

    -Complete recruitment cycle (corporate and industrial)
    -Participate in the welcoming and integration of new employees
    -Improve the recruitment process with creative methods
    -Develop the employee manual
    -Collaborate with different HR projects according to the needs in the team
    -Participate in the development of training tools
    -Any other related tasks

    Qualifications
    Here is what the role of Human Resources Coordinator asks of you:
    -Bachelor's degree or certificate in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations
    -1 to 3 years of experience in human resources
    -Possess a good sense of organization, autonomy and rigour
    -Know how to manage priorities, be discreet and professional
