    A company known for its dynamic culture and for its “start-up” style business model is currently looking for a Human Resources Advisor. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will be involved with all employees of the organization. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

    Responsibilities
    What you will do:

    • Complete recruitment cycle for all positions

    • Immigration files (and collaboration with lawyers)
    • Manage work accident files
    • Collaborate with the HR team on other projects.

    Even if this mandate begins remotely, you must be able to go to to the Ville Saint-Laurent office if there is an office reopening after the pandemic. Rest assured: you will receive all the equipment and training necessary to succeed in your role!

    Qualifications
    Do you have what it takes?

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR
    • Bilingualism (French and English)
    • Experience in a professional environment
    • An ability to communicate effectively with all company employees
