Reporting directly to the Manager of Human Resources Business Partners of Operations, who is located in Montreal, you will play a counselling role to managers and employees of the main Industrial production centre in Toronto, Warehouse and all the regional service centres of the Ontario province; a non-unionized group of approximately 200 employees. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will ensure compliance with applicable legislation and HR programs, policies and procedures.
