Be proficient with the use all necessary Electrical tools and components that are required to make the unit function effectively and safely. Obeying all the Electrical codes used in North America such as CSA and UL.

The position requires computer knowledge of Cad software preferably Solidworks to design and make the required wiring diagrams and physical component layouts of control boards.

Responsibilities
You will be leading the Electrical department team in the day-to-day wiring of the Refrigeration units. Foster a quality maters attitude.
Guide in the trouble shooting and testing of units and always on the lookout for ways to improved and reduce assembly time. Train new employees in the proper wiring procedures and techniques.
You will take the specs from Sales and design the Electrical circuits required to make the unit function properly and safely.
Qualifications
An Engineering degree in Electrical a must or equivalent hands-on work experience in HVAC/R field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in use of Computers for the design work.
Be self-motivated, have good organizational and time skills.
Complete all assigned work on time.
