- Communicate with B2B clients to provide assistance on their accounts
-Ensure all customer action are covered and documented, validated, account details archived with accuracy and timely manner.
Qualifications
What are we looking for this role as B2B Customer Care Specialist / Operations ?
- 3+ years of experience in customer service environment utilizing various channels (Phone, Chat, CRM System)
- Experience with Excel (Advanced Level) is required
-Corporate experience in a call center environment
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent customer service skills and high level of professionalism
- Bilingualism is a asset English+ Spanish
- Experience is Finance filed is an asset
