Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of a Liaison Agent are:
- Work with an automated call generator to contact, prospect and convince future insureds to quote with the company;
- Enter the different codifications in the files in order to properly classify the call;
- Record the notes of our calls in the files of future insureds;
- Ensure an outstanding service;
Qualifications
To hold the position of Telemarketing agent, you must:
-Have a minimum of a completed high school diploma (DES)
-Be bilingual in English and French
-Have experience making high volume outbound calls or sales in a customer contact center
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Possess a working laptop with Windows 8 or higher (newer MAC's may also work if you do not have a laptop)
- Have a high speed internet
- Being able to connect the computer directly with an Ethernet cable
- Have a personal phone
