Our Client s expanding and has an immediate opening on our Customer Service team as a Technical
Customer Service Representative . Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the
point of contact for engaging and assisting customers by sharing information about the products and services,
entering sales orders, following up with customers, and diagnosing client issues while providing exceptional support.
*This is a 100% in office role, there is no option for hybrid or remote work

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers
• Respond to incoming customer emails and phone calls, assisting customers in a professional manner
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, technical support, services, pricing, and availability
• Enter orders, liaise with internal departments through order completion to meet customer delivery schedule,
and update customers on any delays in inventory or shipments
• Communicate with vendors for technical specifications, product costs and availability, placing and expediting
of orders
• Communicate with warehouse regarding all sales order matters
• Ability to assist with rush orders – build or repair customer hydraulic, pneumatic or industrial hoses to
customer specification
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Previous hydraulics experience is a must
• French Bilingual - an asset (read, write and speak)
• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
• Technical sales experience, and/or 2 years' relevant work experience within the hydraulic industry
• SAP experience is an asset
• Strong understanding of hydraulic hose sizes, adaptors, and valves
• Strong attention to detail to ensure that all bills and invoices are accurate
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with a cross functional technical team
