Our client in the insurance industry is seeking an Identity Provisioning System Analyst to work a 12-month assignment in Markham. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week at a rate of $20.43 per hour.

The main responsibilities are including but not being limited to the following:

• Create, modify and remove user system access ids as requested.
• Create, modify and remove user Application access as requested.
• Ensure requests have appropriate approvals and access is granted accurately
• Complete requests within the required SLA
• Investigate and resolve sanctioning issues and access problems
• Document existing process in cohesive and clear fashion, accessible by most technical audiences to support the team, improving a knowledgeable / Service Catalog of processes supported by Access Management team.
• Perform maintenance tasks in code review for systems automation

• Work for a well-known insurance company
• Earn $20.43 per hour
• Markham location
• Work full time hours on a 12 month contract, which has the possibility of extension

• Experience with PowerShell scripting for Active Directory and Exchange.
• Good data entry and PC skills including Word, Excel and Access
• Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with both a technical and non-technical (management) audience.
• Must be customer service oriented and a team player with demonstrated initiative
• Maintain a high level of accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must take initiative and have great interpersonal skills
• Beginner understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative)
• ITIL Foundations Certification is an asset
