Our client in the Insurance Industry is looking for an Imaging Clerk for a 6-month assignment in their Ottawa location. The successful candidates will work full time hours, begin ASAP, and be paid a rate of $15.71 per hour!

Under general supervision, the Imaging Clerk is responsible for processing all documentation through the Imaging Process.

Responsibilities
• Prepares documents for imaging
• Scans documents for imaging and indexes
• Provides quality assurance check for imaged documents
• Organizes retention and destruction of documents
• Liaise with department staff to ensure accuracy of naming features and timely turnaround of documents
• Reviews, prints and sorts underwriting applications
• Provides back up to other support functions in the department
• Performs other related duties as required

Qualifications
Qualifications
• Completion of one to two years of post secondary education with one to two years of working experience preferably in an office environment or an equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Must possess a high attention to detail, strong organization and time-management skills, strong communication skills, as well, must demonstrate good computer knowledge.
• Must have strong keyboarding skills with a high degree of emphases placed on accuracy.
• Must be a quick learner, a team player and display ongoing professionalism.
• English essential, French language skills may be a requirement.
