    Calling all industrial painters! If you are looking for a career change in the Burlington area, we have your next job!

    We are hiring industrial spray painters who have been in the industry for at least 1 year. We are looking for resumes with the following responsibilities listed below:



    Direct hire role that is looking to start THIS MONTH!

    Advantages
    - $25/hr to start!!!
    - DAYS (7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday)
    - 80% coverage on Medical and Dental benefits
    - Room for advancement
    - conveniently located in Burlington

    Responsibilities
    - selecting appropriate paint colour mixtures, mixing the paint, and ensuring proper blending
    - using appropriate tools to make stencils, lay out parts, and use a spray gun to apply even coats
    - cleaning, stripping, washing, sanding, removing corrosion, filling dents, and fully preparing parts for coatings
    - painting small to mid-sized items with great attention to detail to apply touch-ups when needed
    - following instructions on drawings to ensure parts are properly masked
    - general workstation maintenance before and after your shift



    Qualifications
    - 1 year experience as a manufacturing industrial painter
    - ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, tool designs, illustrated plans, and
    sketches.
    - strong knowledge of mixing paints and troubleshooting equipment
    - strong attention to detail and time management skills
    - Demonstrated ability to multi-task, and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced team environment
    while meeting all scheduling/production requirements
