We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Supervisor to join the team in Kitimat BC!. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of technicians and ensuring that all industrial operations run smoothly and efficiently. In addition, you will be required to do office work during your shifts.
Though the site is based in Kitimat BC we are looking for candidates from across Canada, as you are able to fly in and out of major centers.. If you have a passion for leading people and have experience in a fast-paced industrial environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule daily production activities to ensure efficient use of resources
- Ensure that all industrial operations comply with health and safety regulations and policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as maintenance, quality, and engineering, to resolve production issues and improve processes
- Completing office work, including excel sheets
Qualifications
- Must have 3-5 years previous leader experience
- Ideally have some experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowledge with excel would be an asset
