    We are currently seeking an Inside Counter Sales Representative to join our clients growing team for a contract to hire position.
    Do you have previous experience with administrative skills or servicing clients?
    Do you want to gain more experience with invoicing, billing or order entry?

    Advantages
    - Training will be provided for this role for the right candidate
    - Previous order entry, invoicing is an asset but not required
    - Monday to Friday core hours (7:30am - 4:30pm)
    - Working on-site for a very well known company
    - Weekly pay cheques
    - Salary: $19.00/hr to $22.00/hr

    Responsibilities
    As the Inside Counter Sales Representative you will be responsible for:

    - Handling invoicing, customer orders, working on back order/backlog reports and keeping them up to date
    - Quoting bill rates for products, providing customers with shipping updates, responding to supply and customer online portals
    - Supports inside sales and/or order entry when needed with training
    - Providing customer service support

    Qualifications
    - 2+ years experience in accounting or similar role
    - Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel for maintaining databases
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and changing needs
    - Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills with numerical accuracy
    - Self-driven and can maintain confidential information
    - Strong attention to detail and organization skills
