Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment to make outbound retention calls to existing customers who have recently obtained and/or previously created an account with the company.
- Thoroughly investigate customer service issues through discussion with the customer and appropriate internal staff and drive to resolution & retention.
- Ensure that all customer service issues are dealt with professionally and courteously
- Forward any potential compliance matters to the Compliance team as soon as possible so that they may be under investigation in order to determine whether a compliance issue exists
- Improve and sustain business growth with key customer accounts
Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience & customer retention
- Implement specific retention and growth strategies with customers
- Complete additional tasks as delegated from time to time
Qualifications
- Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Competitive product and knowledge of logistics industry a definite asset.
- Customer Retention experience an asset.
- Ability to find customer answers quickly and accurately while using multiple resources.
- Ability to apply active listening skills and filter a large volume of information quickly in order to identify key information to use in addressing customers concerns.
- Ability to be flexible/agile and willing to learn new functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work Monday- Friday 9-5.
- Strong communication in French and English as the role is focusing Quebec clients
