The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for sales activities including lead generation, closing of sales for the assigned market as well as cultivating existing and building new relationships.

Responsibilities
Order generation, upselling customers on opportunities, negotiating and ensuring the accuracy of orders through regular phone, video and email communication.
This individual will work collaboratively with team members, both in branch and across Canada for the team’s achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term company goals.
Qualifications
•Proven ability to sell via phone/ email/ zoom, effectively communicating our products and services
•Demonstrate consultative selling skills
•Previous industry and product knowledge in all areas of the business, abatement, restoration, general safety, thermal imaging, etc. is an asset, but at a minimum must show proactive ability to learn the various industries we serve and expand product knowledge to keep up with industry trends
•Experience in Restoration, Abatement, Construction, Surface Prep and Industrial Safety would be an asset
•Limited amount of travel will be required
•3 years’ experience in outbound, proactive sales calls via phone/email/zoom.
•Experience in market development through telephone/email/zoom cold calls
•The ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple priorities
