We are looking for a detail oriented individual with HVAC experience for their Inside Sales / Customer Service department. This person should be technically proficient, a creative problem solver, and have the ability and willingness to think outside the box to meet customers’ needs. This person will work closely with manufacturers and Account Managers to assist customers with specifications, pricing and availability of numerous product
Advantages
-$45 000 plus depending on experience

Responsibilities
-Assisting customers with inquiries
-Developing quotes
-Providing technical assistanc e
-Processing customer orders
-Providing follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
-Handling RMA’s (return merchandise authorizations)
Qualifications
-Ability to problem solve to arrive at a best solution
-Computer literate, organized, and detailed oriented
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Extremely customer service and teamwork orien ted
-Experience in HVAC
