    We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives in the Ottawa area who have experience in sales and customer service. If you have worked in a sales role previously, we want to hear from you! Experience in electrical would be considered a strong asset!

    Responsibilities
    What you’ll do here:
    - Maintain regular communication (via phone and email) with existing and new clients
    - Maintain pricing and cost books so as to provide accurate and efficient information to customers.
    - Processing orders and verifying stock levels.
    - Offer product knowledge and information to customers and confirm details of delivery according to scheduled times and commitment dates.
    - Prepares quotations on urgent contracting jobs offering pricing, delivery and availability of non-stock items.

    Qualifications
    What you’ll bring to the table:
    - At least three year of customer service, phone sales or equivalent sales experience
    - Must be comfortable making outbound calls
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Self-motivated and driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
    - Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast paced environment
    - Bilingualism (in English and French) is a strong asset but not required
