Responsibilities
-You will help customers by sharing information about the products and services they need and by processing quotes and orders.
-You’ll build customer relationships via telephone and email
-Wow your customers and team with your good attitude
-Take product and service orders; suggest other products and services your customer might need
-Respond to RFQs; follow up to ask for the sale
-Negotiate pricing that is competitive for your customer and profitable for the company
-Maintain customer account information, for example, index cards and customer preferences
-Resolve customer issues -- determine the cause, provide a solution, make necessary adjustments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
-Share your big ideas, learn from your mistakes, ask for help and lend a hand when needed
Qualifications
-Collaborative and team player attitude
-Growth mindset with a plan to be better than you were yesterday
-Exterior building materials knowledge
