    Our client is a leading provider of industrial sealing technology and is currently hiring an Service Center / Inside Sales Representative. This role, located in the Edmonton branch, is a split between operations and inside sales. In this fast paced position you will be shoring up the line with the front sales office or the back operations. This position is great for a candidate looking to get into a large international company. We are looking for a hands on individual that has great communication skills.

    Responsibilities
    Sales:
    - Handle incoming phone calls with customers. Provide customer service when needed.
    - Check current purchase orders, send the product out, update the customer on status.
    - Create quotations based on technical requirements of the customer. Follow up with on existing quotations with customers.
    Operations:
    - Work in shipping receiving, send out product to the customer and receive and open product from the supplier.
    - Perform product inspections and quality assurance.
    - Disassemble and clean parts.
    - Basic warehousing duties.
    - Basic hands on parts repair duties.

    Qualifications
    - Intermediate level skills with SAP, Microsoft Package (Outlook, Excel and Word)
    - Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of the organization.
    - Ability to solve practical problems.
    - Ability to work under pressure
    - Ability to work independently
    - Strong organizational skills
    - Requires good judgement and a professional acumen
