Responsibilities
-Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and provide customer service to various requests but not limited to order entry,billing, order maintenance, credits, claims, pricing.
-Communicating with customers and clients by making calls after sales to help with any inquiries. Answering existing and potential customers' questions and sending additional information
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates. Staying informed about competing markets and keeping management informed.
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Maintain an organized workspace and properly file documents, updates, and product information so it is readily accessible for reference and to answer questions.
- Listen attentively to consumer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sale.
-Assist warehouse team with shipping and receiving
-create invoice and help customers on location or over phone
- Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Related Diploma/Degree
-HVAC sales experience
- Previous experience in related sales positions is preferred and knowledge of HVAC
- Ability to develop long term relationships and generate referrals from your customers with exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Impeccable organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
-Valid class 5 driver license
