Schedule: Mon to Fri 8 to 4 *hybrid format*

Responsibilities
- Keep abreast of client Web platforms and quotation requests
- Help with lead generation by calling industry partners and potential clients (warm calling)
- Create quotations, bids and answer product inquiries
- Work closely with our sales team to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Follow-up on orders and returns
- Maintain/ communication with shipping/ procurement/expediting departments;
- Work with account managers to identify opportunities and best practices
- Other related clerical/administrative tasks;
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of pertinent experience in inside sales, customer service or sales
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent ability to communicate with clients in English
• Intermediate French required for internal communications
• Organizational skills, timeliness, and ease of learning
• Manufacturing experience an asset
• Mechanical industry background an asset, not necessary
• Post-secondary education is a must
