We are currently looking for a Inside Sales Support Representative for our client in the Burlington area. The tasks of the position will include supporting dedicated outside Sales Managers within North America to manage customer orders and inventory demands. A normal day will involved interacting with Sales Managers over the phone and through email, order planning, shipping of products and follow up, invoicing, order placement and management, consignment reconciliation, and inventory management. In this position you will have the opportunity to interact with individuals within different departments including: sales, clients, logistics, accounting, and purchasing.

The ideal candidate will have experience with supporting an outside sales team, managing orders and inventory from start to finish, and experience using an ERP system, ideally SAP. The successful candidate will be working within a steady, stable company that has a tenured staff. This is an opportunity to use your analytical skills, but also interact with internal and external stakeholders. Job Duties:

- Supporting dedicated outside Sales Managers across North America
- Interacting with the sales team to forecast needs for clients - products and inventory requires
- Customer and order management from start to finish
- Partnering with outside sales to ensure products are delivered on time and all client needs are met
- Coordinating with transportation, accounting, purchasing, customers and sales to ensure orders are managed on time and successfully
- Inventory management and working with the transportation team to arranging shipping when needed
- Working with international shipments (ex. China, Austria)

- $55,000 + annually

- 3-5 + years of experience working within an Inside Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, or Supply Chain role
- Must have excellent communication and organization skills
- Must be an analytical and logical thinker
- Experience with SAP is an asset
- Bilingual (French, Spanish or German) is a strong asset
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel
- Must work with sense of urgency, be resilient, and not afraid to ask questions
