Responsibilities
- Answering phones and customer service on the phone
- Creating and processing Sales Orders, Purchase Orders
- Monitoring Inventory levels
- Matching Invoices, purchase orders and reconciliation of accounts
- Database management
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in creating, processing and entering Purchase Orders is required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (especially over the phone and via email)
- Ability to work with a very high degree of accuracy and be organized
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Tech-savvy - great working knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience in an industrial setting would be preferred
