Our client, is looking to further grow their customer service side of the business! If you are a new grad and come from a retail or customer service background, this would be a perfect transition for you into the corporate world!

As an Insurance Advisor in personal lines insurance, you will be supporting existing clients with renewals and changes to their account while keeping a keen eye for growth opportunities (adding to coverage, asking for referrals).

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Dealing with a high volume of incoming calls and emails
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Problem solving and providing creative solutions for clients
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Inspiring customer loyalty by providing catered insurance solutions for clients
• Providing sound advice to customers when it comes to their insurance needs
• Maintain and retain existing clients
• Participate and drive new marketing initiatives and sales strategies

You Are:

• Customer service centric
• Problem solver

• Experienced with at least 3 years' customer service experience
• Looking for an income of $42,000 or more
• Open to feedback and constant improvement

• Base salary $42,500 + Bonus/Commission depending on performance

• Work hours of 12-8 pm to start, potential for rotation with Seniority
