Our partner, a major player in the insurance industry, is looking for 5 customer service agents / tele-interviewers to join its team while working from home for a period of 3-4 months contract.

Here are the tasks you will be expected to perform for this tele-Interviewer agent position in Montreal:


- Coordinate appointments with insurance clients for their telephone interviews
- Conduct questionnaires over the phone with clients of insurance providers
- Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions
- Follow-up with clients to obtain information in their file while respecting the confidentiality of their private information
- Work as a team to ensure that the team achieves the department's objectives. 


Availability:

Duration: 3-4 months (could be longer if necessary)
Training: 2 or 3 days from 9am to 5pm
Availability of work: Monday to Friday from 13h to 21h; and Saturday from 9h to 17h, according to the needs and requests of the clients.
Salary: 16$hour

Qualifications
Here are the qualifications you must have to meet the requirements of the position:


- Fully bilingual English/French (both written and oral)
- Call centre or customer service team experience
- Any other spoken and written language is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and being people oriented
- Ability to work independently and deal with several priorities at the same time
- Ability to use critical thinking, investigative techniques and sound judgment in a variety of circumstances
