The team is responsible for the overall accounting process for the organization and its subsidiaries’ performing daily accounts payable/receivable tasks. This position is ideal for an individual looking to work in a very dynamic and challenging environment.
Advantages

- Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite (Monday to Wednesday)
Responsibilities
Responsible for performing daily accounts payable/receivable tasks to include:
- Prepare daily coding and inputting for accounting transactions
- Prepare daily bank deposits & petty cash reimbursement
- Assist with various period-end activities
- Perform corporate accounting cycle functions.
- Working with several key databases with the objective to pay hydro invoices
Qualifications
Must have:
- Demonstrated experience working in accounting functions
- Experience processing invoices
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
